We proudly offer a 60-day risk-free guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable once opened or used. This includes:

  • Derma Roller

The Red Light Therapy Helmet is covered by our 60-day risk-free guarantee, provided it is returned in its original condition with all accessories included.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and post it to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at support@biohairprime.com.
